REGISTER A SWIMMER
Please provide your email address below if you are interested in registering your child for a future S.W.A.M. Sudbury swim session. We accept swimmers ages 3-17 years old with a range of disabilities (no official diagnosis is required). Once you provide your email below, we will contact you when our next session’s registration opens with the link on how to register. Please note S.W.A.M. Sudbury swim sessions are not currently running.
Please note this document is not an official registration form. It is only to provide your email so you can stay connected when the next registration opens. Lessons take place on Sundays from 3:00-3:30 and 3:30-4:00.
Each one-on-one lesson is 30 minutes in length and located at the Gatchell Pool at 41 Irving St., Sudbury, ON. The registration fee is $25 for the entire session and is due by your child’s first day of lessons each session, payable by e-transfer to sudbury@swamcanada.ca. Detailed instructions are sent to those registered for a session before the first lesson.

Note: If you fill out an enrollment form for the fall session, between February and September, you will be contacted at the beginning of September and if you fill out an enrollment form for the winter session, between October and January, we will contact you at the beginning of January.
